British Summer Time

The clocks will go forward this year at 1 am on 31 March 2019.

Any licensable activities that you are usually permitted to carry on until 2 am will therefore need to cease at this time (and you will lose an hour’s trade) unless you have a specific provision on your licence to cover this.

If you want to avoid losing this hour you will need to apply for a TEN no later than 15 March.  Alternatively you can apply to vary your premises licence, but there will be a 28 day consultation period for this.
