Part of ensuring good mental health is recognising that it is natural to feel different emotions, but also knowing when you are struggling more than usual to deal with life and need some support and advice.

Mental health can be affected by relationships, bereavement, stress or looking after someone who couldn't manage on their own. 

It is said that one in four of us will be affected by mental illness at some point in our lives.
